Online orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse which operates between 8am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday.

Orders are generally dispatched 24-48hrs after the order has been placed (excluding Saturdays & Sundays), which may increase to 48-72hrs during busy seasonal periods, sales, and promotions.

We use several courier services for dispatch and most couriers estimate delivery within 1-3 days for Metro areas, 3-5 days for Outer-Metro areas and 4-9 Days for Rural areas, these time frames may increase when courier demands are high.

We do not have a click and collect option available at this time. Please contact [email protected] for any further information.

We are unable to make changes to orders that have

  • Already been picked and/or packed
  • Are placed during a sale or promotion
  • Are placed using Afterpay as the payment method

Notify our online staff within 7 days of receipt to make arrangement for the product return. You can find our full Returns Policy here for further details.

Shipping quotes are based on the delivery address and total weight of an order. Some products will incur an additional charge e.g., Dangerous Goods or Manual Handling fees.

We accept all Australian Credit Cards (AMEX via PayPal), PayPal and AFTERPAY.
